As a Customer Admin of Designated Estate Admin Company, you can view all contacts for an estate.You can edit and add new contacts for your company only on the View Contacts dialog box.

  1. Click the estate ID or estate name on the Estate Users page.

  2. Click the Companies tab.

  3. Click View Contacts to view contacts for the selected estate.

  4. To edit existing contacts, click Edit on the View Contacts dialog box.

  5. Select any of the given options for the contacts.

    Option

    Description

    Trainer

    Sets the user as a trainer.

    Authorize SPLM

    The user can authorize licenses for all the users in the estate.

    Authorize CRs

    The user can authorize any change requests that the estates require.

    Authorize NULs

    The user can authorize adding new users or any modifications to the users of the estate.

    Receive NULs

    The user can receive NUL sheets.

    Receive User Emails

    The user can receive emails when a new user is added to the estate.

    Receive Financial Reports

    The user can receive financial reports.

    Receive Technical Reports

    The user can receive technical reports.

    Planned Outages Notifications

    The user can receive notification of planned outages.

    Emergency Outages Notifications

    The user can receive notification of emergency outages.

    Service Info

    The user can receive service information.

  6. To add a contact, select the contact from the Add Contact list.

    A new contact row is added to the existing contact list. You can make the required changes to the newly added contact list.

  7. Click Save.
