Error Description

Unable able to access any share via File Catalyst but can see and transfer files via Import/Export option.

Resolution

Changes to LFT feature for the user (change in access) could result in loss of access to shared folders. Check the user access in File Catalyst Server Console and verify if the user has access to the shares else grant the user access to the shared folders.
