Intergraph Smart® Cloud is the global service for provisioning Smart applications and other services in the cloud environment. It can be accessed exclusively using the Cloud Service portal. You can access available sub-systems (for example, import/export) or connect to the Smart Cloud support services using the Cloud Service portal environment. Each customer is provided with a secure area (estate) in the cloud in which they can work for one or more projects or assets using various applications.
The retention period for customer data of an Estate in the Smart Cloud Portal, including
audit logs, NUL case sheets, and user data, is until the end of life of the estate.
