Applications failing to launch can be caused by old or hung application sessions that are in an active or disconnected state. You can terminate these sessions in the application sessions page.

  1. Click Sessions to view all your open sessions.

  2. Select the application session you want to terminate.

  3. Click Terminate Session to terminate a single application session or Terminate All Sessions to terminate all of the sessions.
