Login to the Azure portal.

From the Azure services list, select the
Enterprise application.

Select New Application, and then select Create your Own Application.

In the Search box, enter the name of your application and select the option Integrate any other application you don’t find in the gallery (Non-gallery) and select Create.
A message is displayed that the Enterprise application <name> has been successfully created.
