  1. Click the Estate ID or estate name on the Estate Users page.

  2. Click Manage, and then select Delete.

  3. In the Delete dialog box, select one or more active, locked-out, and on-hold user requests.

  4. Click Submit.

    • By default, the status for delete user requests is set to Pending Submit.

    • You have added user request details but you have not yet placed the delete user requests for processing.

  5. To place the delete user requests for processing, click Submit Requests on the Estate Users page.
