After the provisioning is completed for the enterprise application, you can view the current cycle status, statistics, logs, and technical information in the Provisioning tab of the application.

From the Azure portal, go to the enterprise application.

Select the Provisioning tab.
The details such as Statistics to date, current cycle status, Provisioning logs (numbers of users and groups) added, technical information are displayed.

Statistics to date- Displays the date and duration when the last provisioning is completed. It also displays the Provisioning internal(fixed). For example, in the screen below, provisioning interval is shown as 40 minutes, which means every 40 minutes, the provisioning will run.

Current Cycle status- Displays the number of users and groups added to the enterprise application.

Select View Provisioning logs to view the detailed information (modified properties, summary, troubleshooting and recommendations) of the groups that have been provisioned.
Whenever the URL, token, or any parameters change, you must select Restart Provisioning to sync the users with Smart Cloud Portal.
