Wait for the in-progress tasks to complete before initiating the HotFolder upgrade.

Use the Export button to take a backup of the existing Sites, HotFolders and Tasks.
Information about the existing Sites, HotFolders and Tasks would be deleted when
you upgrade HotFolder.

To take a backup of the Site information, click Download Sites from the Smart Cloud Portal.

To take a backup of the HotFolder, click Export button in FileCatalyst HotFolder Control Panel > HotFolders.

To take a backup of all the tasks, click Export button in FileCatalyst HotFolder Control Panel > Scheduler.
