Error Description

As an End User, I am unable to reset the Portal password and have received reset failure error message multiple times. Also, I am not locked in Azure AD.

Resolution

Verify if your account is in disabled or inactive state. Sometimes when a disabled account is enabled, the account does not automatically move to an active group in Azure AD. In this case, you must manually move the account to an active group.
