As a Customer Admin, you can place a request to designate an associated company as a Designated Representative Company and Designated Estate Admin Company so that the company can place and submit user requests.

Owner Company- the company that owns the Estates under the Estate group. Owner Company can place and submit named users requests on-behalf of all associated companies.

Associated Company- a company that is allowed to access products in the estates with-in the same estate group. The list of associated companies are approved by the owner company. An Associated Company can place named user requests only for users belonging to that company but cannot submit the named user requests.

Designated Representative Company- an associated company, identified and approved by the Owner Company, which can place named user requests for a select set of associated companies.

Designated Estate Admin Company- an associated company, identified and approved by the Owner Company, that can also place and submit named user requests for that company as well as a select set of Associated Companies.

With the approval of the owner company, Smart Cloud Administrator adds the Associated Companies and designates Representative and admin companies to the estate group.
