  1. In the Estate Automation page, click Backup/Restore.

  2. Select an estate to initiate backup.

  3. Click Restore, and then select EcoSys Database to restore files. 

  4. In the Restore EcoSys Database window, type the following details:

    1. Select a destination estate from the Destination Estate list.

    2. From the Backup File Name list, select the name of the backup file you want to restore.

    3. Type comments in the Comments box and then click Submit to start the restore process.

    Before the restore job is initiated, all the EcoSys users of the estate are logged off. Smart Cloud application displays a notification indicating the same.

    • On clicking Submit a new job is listed in the Automation Jobs tab with status as New.

    • On successful restore, the job status is automatically changed to Completed.

    • If the job fails, then the job status is changed to Failed and the reason for the failure is listed in the Errors box.
