Once the SmartPlant schema is delivered, all UIDs for all of the objects in that schema will adhere to UID rules.

Each UID will be unique (within the context of the engineering data repository)

The UID of an object will never change

If an object is deleted, the UID for that object will never be reused
All schema objects must follow the rules defined by the meta-schema. Revisions that would break any of those rules are not allowed.
