Existing enumerated lists must adhere to these rules.

  • The UID property cannot be changed

  • The IsOpenList property cannot be changed

  • The Name property can be changed because it is not tied to the UID

  • The Description property can be changed

  • The IsTypeList property (not currently used) can be changed

  • The IsOrdered property can be changed; however, this rule is likely to be restricted at a later time

  • The EnumNumber property can be given a value if it has not already been defined

  • If the EnumNumber property was previously defined, the value cannot be changed

  • Existing contains relationships can be added

  • Existing BaseEnumForEnumListLevel relationships cannot be deleted

  • New BaseEnumForEnumListLevel relationships can be created
