Existing unit of measure (UoM) lists must adhere to these rules.

The UID property cannot be changed.

The Name property can be changed because it is not tied to the UID.

The Description property can be changed.

The DimUnits property can be changed.

An undefined EnumNumber property can be given a value.

If the EnumNumber property was previously defined, the value cannot be changed.

Existing contains relationships cannot be deleted.

New contains relationships can be added.

A UoMConditions relationship cannot be deleted.

The default SI unit of measure for the UoM list cannot be changed.
