At the bottom of the left pane, click Tools to return to a tree displaying the Smart P&ID tool map file.

Under SmartPlant P&ID Tool Schema > Map Classes, right-click on Drawing, and click Edit.

In the Edit Map Class Definition dialog box, open the Publish tab.

In the Unmapped application properties list, select DocGrade.

In the Unmapped SmartPlant properties list, select DocGrade.

On the toolbar beneath the selected properties, click Map
.

Select DocNote from both lists, and click Map
again. The two new properties will appear in the table at the bottom of the dialog
box.

Click OK.

Click Tools > Tool Schema > Validate > Display Results to validate the tool map schema.

Click Tools > Schema > Validate > Display Results to validate the SmartPlant Schema

Click File > Save All Modified Files and save all the changed files.

Close the Schema Editor.
