The Move Element command allows you to move the selected markup element, or elements, in the active
markup layer.
The highlighted element is immediately placed in follow-mouse-cursor mode so that you can move it around the window and identify the new location. Follow-mouse-cursor mode is different from drag-and-drop in that you do not have to hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse.
This command is also available on the Markup menu.
This command is available only when one or more markup elements have been selected.
