Problem
A user is logged on a SmartPlant Foundation application server and is trying to view a document with a detail file attached.
Possible Cause
This error could occur when Internet Explorer security restrictions on the SmartPlant Foundation application server do not allow encrypted pages to be locally saved to the server.
Solution
Allow encrypted pages to be saved locally to the server:

Open Internet Explorer on the server.

Click Tools > Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab.

In the Settings list, clear the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box under Security.
