Lists all the saved views associated with the active file. You can open any or all of these views from this dialog box by selecting the view and clicking the OK button.
View Name - Displays the names of all the views associated with the file.
View Description - Provides a brief description, if available, of each saved view.
Select All - Highlights all the views displayed in the list.
Clear All - Removes highlighting from all the views in the list.
