Click Edit > Paste

The new copy of the pasted image is placed atop the original. Click on the original image to select the copy.

Click again in the new location to place the copy. The original will remain in position and the copy will appear in the new location.
With this command, you can place information you copied with the Copy 
command, but you cannot place images copied from other applications.
