The Layer > Consolidate command allows you to consolidate a markup that contains two or more layers into one markup. The command creates a new layer and copies all of the elements in the loaded layers into the new layer. This command is available for Hexagon file formats only.
You can modify the existing elements or create new elements while using this command.
The Consolidate command is only available when an active document contains two or more layers. Also,
an active layer cannot exist as one of the layers.
