With SmartPlant Markup Plus, it is possible to save the image you are viewing in the Detail File Viewer window as a graphic file. This graphic file can include all the information from resource files, as well as any information in markup layers. Once you have created this file, you can save it for your own use or share it with others.
By creating a graphic file of the image before you share it, you can allow others to view all the information in one file. That means you can send just the graphic image without sending the original file, all resource files, and any applicable markup layers. Additionally, this feature allows users who do not have SmartPlant Markup Plus on their machine to see the information from the markup layers, since the information is embedded in the new file. You or others can view the new file with any standard, graphic-editing software.
