Click Markup > Draw > Leader

Click the mouse where you want to place the point of the arrow, and drag the mouse to draw the arrowhead.

Click to end the arrowhead, and drag the mouse to draw a line.

Right-click to end the line and activate the text drawing mode.

Enter the text you want to place with the leader.

Place the text where you want it by moving the mouse.

Click to place the text.

To adjust the width of the arrowhead, use the SHIFT key and up and down arrow keys while drawing the arrowhead.

You can draw a multi-segment line from the arrowhead by clicking and dragging the mouse repeatedly.
