The Send To command provides you with an easy-to-use method for sharing information between individuals or groups using the e-mail utility. When you select the Send To command, the Send To dialog box opens and allows you to specify which of the files associated with the active file will be sent.
Once you have selected the files you want to send and clicked the OK button, the software creates a new mail message with the selected files attached and the title of the active file as the subject. You can select recipients, add a message, or change the subject as you wish.
For the Send To command to work, you must first have a default e-mail client defined in your e-mail utility software.
