Click Markup > Select Element

Click on one or more markup elements in the window.

Once you have selected an element, you can copy it, move it, or delete it.

You can also select elements by clicking and dragging to select all the elements within the defined space.

You can also select, copy, move, or delete an element by selecting the appropriate option from the shortcut menu available by right-clicking on an element.
