Opens an existing file.
Look In - Lists the available folders and files. To see how the current folder fits into the hierarchy on your computer, click the down arrow. To see what is inside a folder, click it.
The box below this field shows the folders and files in the selected location. You can also double-click a folder or file in that box to open it.
Up one level - Opens the folder or directory that sits above the current folder in the directory structure.
Create New Folder - Creates a new folder within the folder or directory displayed in the Look In box. The name of the new folder is New Folder until you rename it.
List - Displays only the names of the available files in the File List.
Details - Displays additional information for each file that appears in the File List. Additional information includes items such as the size and type of the file and date on which it was last modified.
File List - Displays all the folders or files in the folder or directory in the Look In box, filtered by any selection made in the Files of type list. You can control how much information appears in the list using the List and Details buttons.
File Name - Enter the name of the file you want to open in this box. Selecting a file from the File List automatically populates this field with the name of the selected file.
Files of type - Select the types of files that will appear in the File List. Only files that meet the criteria indicated here will be visible in the File List.
