The Edit > Go to Markups command displays a specified page of the active document or drawing. Only pages that
contain one or more markups can be selected.
The Go to Markups command is available whenever there is an active multi-page raster, vector, ASCII, or word processing document file that contains at least one markup in an active layer.
This command is not currently available for use with Smart 3D models.
