Click File > Print .

On the Print dialog box, click the Labels button.

Select the position in which you want to place a label. Choose from three options at the top of the page (left, right, and center) or the same options at the bottom of the page.

Items with a check mark to the left of the location will be printed on the page.

You can add a standard label using the buttons near the top of the Labels dialog box, or click the Define Tags button to create a custom label.

Set the font to be used for all the labels. For more information, refer to Define a Font.
