Click File > Save As.

Select the range of the pages in the current file that you want to save to the graphic file.

Indicate whether markup elements should be saved to the graphic file.

Enter a name for the new file.
You can use the Browse button to find a specific location to save the new file or to find an existing file you want to replace with the new one. If you are replacing an existing file, be sure to select the Overwrite output file if already exists check box.

Select a format in which to save the new graphic.

Choose any applicable dimensions or scaling options you want to apply to the new graphic.
You can either create the graphic file immediately by clicking the OK button, or you can create a batch of files that will be created at one time by clicking the Batch Save As button.
