To add details to a document type set, select the appropriate document type set from the select list in the Document Type Set cell.

Click Add Row in the Document Type Set Details grid and then select a Document Type from the list.

To create a new document type for the selected Document Type Set, click Create Document Type (hyperlink).

Type the name in the Document Type cell.

Type the descriptions in the Short Description and Description cells.

Select the Name Rule from the list.

You can select multiple name rules from the select list.

The rule may contain a combination of the following items:

PROJ_ID (the actual login project)
-
SERIAL_NUMBER (Generated automatically, unique within each document type)
-
DOCUMENT_TYPE (Code of the document type)
-
CIP1 (a function that returns the unit for requisition header/ requisition line)
-
CIP2 (a function that returns the material code for requisition line)
-
CIP3 (a function to be implemented by customer in M_PCK_DOC_TYPE_CUSTOM)

Entry of free format text is also allowed.

The entries are separated by a hash

Select the Line Level checkbox.

If you uncheck the checkbox, no line document type gets added to the requisition line item.

If you check the checkbox, the line document type is added to the requisition header. Selecting Yes allows you to assign a where condition to the selected document type.

Select the Where Condition from the list and click Create.
To open the Where Condition page, click the Open Where Conditions hyperlink.
