On the Home page, click Other Tasks > Text and Terms.

Click Add Row.

Select a Term Type from the list.

Type the Term Code.

Type the term description in the Short Description and Description cells.

Optionally, type the way the term is used in the Usage Parameter cell.

Optionally, type the file name including the full path of the text and terms file in the File Name box.
To open the file, select the text and term record and click Open.
To create a revision, select the text and term and click Revision.
