To attach a new VDR, select the VDRs tab, and select Attach > New VDR.

Type the sequence number in the Seq cell and select the VDR from the select list.

Optionally, you can do the following.

Select the distribution category from the Distribution Category list.

To mark this VDR as required for document management, select Yes or No in the Required cell.

Type the number of copies to be delivered from the supplier in the First Issue Copies cell.

Select the date on which the VDR is required from the calendar in the Date Required cell.

Type the number of days, weeks, or months in which the documents are needed in the Scheduled cell.

Select Days, Weeks or Months in the Period cell.

Select the Event from the list.

Select Save.
