Smart Materials/Smart Reference Data Version
2020 (10.0)

When you define a standard as a default, the standard is used automatically in Smart Reference Data for all the new records that are created, unless you explicitly select a different standard.

You can assign only one standard as default to a product as default to a project.

  1. From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Standards.

  2. Click Add Row.

  3. To define a standard as default, select Yes from the Default list.

  4. Enter Standard, Short Description, and Description information.

  5. Select a control status from the Ctrl list and click Save.
