If you dock a view directly on top of another view, Smart 3Dx creates a tabbed document. Each tab is titled to indicate what it contains. you can remove tabs, float them, or drag them to a new dockable region. To move a tab to a floating window or to a new dockable region, drag the tab from the previous location and drop it on the new location.
When you right-click Options , the following operations display, depending on the view type:
Floating
Allows you to drag the selected view to any location on the screen. The view is not locked.
Dockable
Allows you to dock the selected view to a fixed location. For more information, see Docking Views.
Standard
Show the 3D model as viewed from the surfaces of a cube. This option is available when you right-click the Graphic View tab:
Isometric
Shows the objects at an angle. This option is available when you right-click the Graphic View tab:
For each Standard and Isometric view, the objects are treated as a three-dimensional cube.
Pin
Minimizes the selected view or hierarchy explorer. You can access the view by clicking its tab on the left side of the display.
Close
Removes the view from the display. To reopen the view, click Window Tab > New .
