Properties Editor displays the properties associated with the selected objects in a grid. Select a box to edit a property.
Select the filter in the column header to narrow the list of properties. You can also drag column headers to the space above the grid to group the properties by the selected column. For example, if you group by the Approval State column, you can select an object based on that status. If you also select to group by Date Last Modified, you can then view the objects based on the approval states, and then based on the modification date. Drag the columns back to the grid to ungroup the objects.
Choose Columns
Limits the property columns that display in the grid based on general categories. By limiting the properties that display, you can more easily find a specific object, or edit relevant properties. The initial columns that display and column order is controlled by the active Properties custom list. Editing which columns that display and the column order is saved to the active custom list.
Export to File
Writes the contents of the grid to a file. By default, the software writes the contents to an XLS file, but other file types, such as PDF or comma separated value (CSV), are also available.
