You can quickly generate a spool drawing using the Generate Spools command. Spool drawings are generated using the Spool drawing style defined in the current project.

Select Tools > Generate Spools Command to open the Generate Drawings Dialog.

Specify the settings for Isometric style, Output units and North arrow as needed.

Select OK to generate the spools. After Isogen has run successfully, the software opens the Deliverables Generated Dialog.

The options on the Deliverables Generated Dialog enable you to view the spool drawing, view the log file created during drawing generation, or View extraction data collected from the drawing generation process.

If drawing generation fails, the software displays the Drawing Generation Message box. Select View Messages to view the log file, select Generation Logs to view the extraction data. To close the message box, select OK.

You can also generate spool drawings using Tools > Generate Drawing Command, and then selecting Spool in the Isometric style list.
