When you complete work on a pipeline, you must check it back in to the Spoolgen database.

  1. Select Project > Check In Command to open the Spoolgen Database View window and view the pipelines with a Checked Out status.

  2. Select the pipeline to check in. Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys to select multiple pipelines.

  3. Select Check In on the Spoolgen Database View window toolbar.

The software displays a message in the Status bar if the check in is successful.

  • If the pipeline is currently open, the software displays a message in the Status bar prompting you to save and close the file.

  • You can also review the SpoolgenDatabaseView.log file (in your local Temp folder) for more information.

  • Optionally, you can use Project > Close All & Check In when working with multiple pipelines. The software automatically closes all open pipelines and then checks them in to the Spoolgen database.
