Select Add > Floor Penetration Command to display the Selection ribbon. You can also select Place Floor Penetration
on the Place toolbar.

Select a point on the pipeline to specify the location of the floor penetration.
The cursor updates to show that a floor penetration is being added.

Select a second point on the pipeline to define a reference position to locate the floor penetration.

On the Selection ribbon, type the Distance, or displacement, from the reference position, and then select OK
.
Select Update Current View 
on the Tools toolbar to view the floor penetration as it will appear in the generated drawing.
