The SPFHotSpotter.ini file is updated when you click Save after the addition of new tag patterns or the modification of existing tag patterns.
From Update 38, SDx does not use Smart Converter control object and SPFHotspotter.ini
file attached to it for extracting and navigating to tags. Instead, the Data Capture
Drawing reader pre-processor uses the Intergraph Smart Sketch for processing the content
and navigating to it.
