Process configuration
The following option is available to configure the transmittal work process.
Manage the approval step recipient
You set up the recipient for the approval step prior to issue by doing the following.

Find and update the transmittal workflow template in the Desktop Client.

Update the recipient for the Approve Transmittal step.

Select a user, role or matrix. If the role or matrix resolves to more than one recipient, then one of these users will be required to claim the task.

You set up the review and response periods.
The review and consolidation period are properties on the contract objects. The review and consolidation period can be set for each contractor.

Find the contract in the project and update its properties.
Remodel the work process
Approve transmittal
This step could be performed by multiple recipients. A voting step immediately after the interactive approval step routes the transmittal to issue or rejects it to send for rework.
