The following applies if you are using a version of the software before Update 12. For the latest information, see Configure management properties on contractor documents.

• Before Update 12, you can also update the retention code.

• Before Update 12, a user could view or update the retention code and the project deliverable flag based on the privilege. The project deliverable display item and SCLBProjectDeliverable property definition were removed in Update 12.

• The project deliverable display item and SCLBProjectDeliverable property definition were removed in Update 12.

Collaborating organization

The OK to share property and Enable/Disable Sharing command were removed for use from SDx in Update 5. However, any systems upgraded from an earlier update will still have the OK to share property and Enable/Disable Sharing command. Before Update 5, if the document is OK to share, then the user can set the collaborating organization.

• Contractors set the OK to share property on the Master Document Register to identify documents that can be shared. Contractors can be given access to the Enable/Disable Sharing command if they have interactive access to documents that they have submitted.
