Select PPE items - j5 - 30 - Help - Hexagon

To add the relevant PPE items to your form:

1. Either:

   • The selected controls had associated PPE items, and their PPE items appear on the form. To add more PPE items, select EDIT at the top of the PPE section.

     

     • The items that are associated with the controls are mandatory and can't be cleared.

     • The controls that have associated PPE items have at the end of their description. Select to see what PPE items associated with that control.

   • The selected controls didn't have associated PPE items. To add PPE items, SELECT PPE.

2. Select the relevant PPE items. To do this, either:

   • Search for the PPE items using the search box. All the PPE items that reference the entered search terms automatically appear.

   • Select the relevant PPE items from the list.

   • Select ADD CUSTOM PPE (at the bottom of the list) and add custom PPE items as needed.

     Custom PPE items only appear on this form that you created them on. If they should appear in the list of available PPE items, add them to the list on the PPE register configuration page.

3. When you are satisfied with the selected PPE items, select CONFIRM.
