Hot work permits may require regular gas tests
Select Record Gas Test - The Record Gas Test action button appears when a new gas test is required.

User permissions: Gas Tester

The Record Gas Test window appears. Enter the test details, sign, and select Confirm.

No state change. The permit is still in the Suspended state.

Select Job Incomplete - If the work can't be completed (for example, a tool is needed or another specialist needs to be called in).

User permissions: Issuing Authority

The Close job as incomplete window appears. Confirm that the job site and equipment have been left in a safe condition, comment, sign (as Performing Authority), and select Confirm.

State change: Suspended > Job Incomplete

Select Job Complete - When the work is complete.
