Suspended - De-isolation For Testing

The work is suspended (stopped) so that the work site (or part of the work site) can be de-isolated for testing.
Actions

Select Issue DFT - When it's safe to start testing the work.

User permission: Issuing Authority

The Issue DFT window appears. Set the Issued Form and Issued Until dates, sign, and select Confirm.

After selecting Confirm, the system checks that all the linked isolations are either De-isolated or De-isolated for Test. At least one isolation must be De-isolated for Test. If the check fails, the permit remains in the Suspended DFT state.
