Some form types have been preconfigured in the j5 Control of Work application (for example, the preconfigured permit types are Hot Work, Cold Work, and Breaking Containment). If your new form falls under one of the preconfigured types, you can progress to step two. If not:
To access the relevant CoW type configuration module from the j5 IndustraForm Designer:

Select the scope for the new form.

Right-click the root node (connection name) in the navigation pane and select Configure [form] Types. The CoW type configuration module opens.
