When a quick access filter is applied, only the permits that meet the criteria of the filter are displayed. These filters can be used in conjunction with the simple or advanced filters (for example, all the Hot Work permits (simple Permit Type filter) with a valid period that overlaps with today (quick access Today filter)).
The quick access filters available in the Permits module are:

Live – Displays the permits in the Live, Overdue, Live DFT, and Overdue DFT states.

Overdue - Displays the permits in the Overdue and Overdue DFT states.

Not Complete – Displays the permits that aren’t Complete and Cancelled.

Today – Displays the permits that have a validity period that overlaps with today (the current calendar day).

Next 2 Days – Displays the permits that have a validity period that overlaps with today and the next two calendar days.

Next 7 Days – Displays the permits that have a validity period that overlaps with today and the next seven calendar days.
If the validity period hasn’t been set for a permit, the planned work period for
the permit is used for these day filters.

Due for Issue – Displays the Approved permits with a start date that is before tomorrow.
Due for Issue is a bookmarked quick access filter. When a bookmarked filter is used, all the other
selected filters are cleared (they can’t be used in conjunction with other filters).
