  1. Open a Command Prompt window as administrator.

  2. Change the directory to the Java BIN folder, for example:

    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_211\bin

  3. Execute: java -jar "<PATH>fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar

    The installer is extracted and the installation starts.

  4. Click Next to complete the steps 1 and 2.

  5. Enter the new folder name in Oracle Home and click Next.

    On Windows 2019 this message might occur which can be ignored:

  6. Click Next to complete steps 4 and 5.

  7. Click Finish.

  8. If installation progress is 100% click Finish.
