When a screen is opened, a new seat can only be requested from ISL, if the license module (ISL tag) differs from the seat already pulled for the current session. For performance reasons, the software avoids repeating the surrender and request cycle more often than required.
For check-out of a seat, the database (5) communicates with the license webservice (6) on the application server.
