To complete the Oracle database patch installation, do the following:

Open a Command Prompt window as an administrator.

Type the following commands:
set ORACLE_HOME=C:\oracle12c\ora12c_201_x_Sta
set ORACLE_SID=REPO8
set PATH=%ORACLE_HOME%\Opatch;%ORACLE_HOME%\perl\bin;%PATH%

Startup in upgrade mode: startup upgrade

Change to %ORACLE_HOME%\Opatch directory and execute "datapatch -verbose"

If the installation completes successfully, these messages should be displayed:
Patch 27365680 apply: SUCCESS
Patch 27162977 apply: SUCCESS

Close the Command Prompt window.

Reboot your database server.

Make sure that the Oracle service is running before you continue with the next step.
