After you import a design file, the file becomes part of the current project. You can then check out the file from the Isogen database, and modify it in the software.

Select Project > Check Out Command to open the Isogen Database View window so you can view the pipelines in the IsogenDB project that are available for checkout.

Select the pipeline to check out. Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys to select multiple pipelines.

Select Check Out
on the Isogen Database View window toolbar to check out the file from the database, place a copy of the file in
the work folder, and display the pipeline in the application window.

Checking out a file from the Isogen database sets Isometric Status to Working.

When you check out a file, the software places a copy of the file and the corresponding replay file (if one exists) in the project work folder.
