Select Add > Wall Penetration Command to display the Selection ribbon. You can also select Place Wall Penetration
on the Place toolbar.

Select a point on the pipeline to specify the location of the wall penetration.
The cursor displays as shown in the example.

Select a second point on the pipeline to define a reference position to locate the wall penetration.

Type the Distance, or displacement, from the reference position, and then select OK
.
Select Update Current View 
on the Tools toobar to view the wall penetration as it will appear in the generated drawing.
